Luka joined Koskie Minsky’s Labour practice as an associate in 2022 after articling with the firm.
Luka received his J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. During law school, he worked as a caseworker at the Downtown Legal Services clinic in the area of Employment Law, was the Co-Chair of the Labour and Employment Law Society, and participated in the Canadian National Labour Arbitration Competition, where he finished as a finalist. Luka has also co-published a legal journal article on Canada’s citizenship by descent laws.
