Koskie Minsky’s Professional Negligence and Insurance Litigation practice group represents insurers and their insureds, working at all levels of Ontario Courts, public and professional tribunals. We are actively involved in coverage aspects of all types of casualty and property policies such as life, disability, automobile, property, marine, transportation, environmental, fidelity, construction, directors and officers and professional errors and omissions. Also, we have particular expertise in “claims made” policy wordings, and defending professional errors and omission claims.
