Michael Mazzuca will be appearing on April 23rd before the Senate Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs on behalf of the Canadian Bar Association to make submissions in regards to Bill C-377, An Act to amend the Income Tax Act (requirements for labour organizations).

Susan Philpott is teaching “Human Rights Considerations” in Module 4: Pensions and the Employment Relationship at the Osgoode Certificate in Pension Law on April 15, 2015 at the Osgoode Professional Development Center in Toronto.

Susan Philpott will be speaking at the Lancaster House Pension Conference on December 3rd. The conference will take place at The Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto. Susan will participate in a panel discussion about “Collective Bargaining Challenges: Current issues in negotiations”.

Andrew Hatnay and Simon Archer will be speaking at the Lancaster House Annual Pension Law Conference Workshop on December 1, 2014. The workshop takes place at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto.
