Bernie Fishbein Chair of the OLRB

Koskie Minsky is very proud to announce that Bernie Fishbein has been appointed by the Government of Ontario to serve as Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board. He has assumed his new position effective February 28, 2011.

Bernie has been instrumental in the growth and success of Koskie Minsky. He was a founding partner of the firm and served as its managing partner for many years. His legal knowledge, his common sense and his wit are legendary in the labour relations community. We are very fortunate to have had Bernie as our colleague.

Bernie’s dedication to excellence, fairness and public service will serve the Board, and the people of Ontario, well in the years to come. We wish him all the best in this new phase of his career.
