Scott Robinson interviewed on 650 CKOM regarding impact of Ontario “Sixties Scoop” decision

Koskie Minsky, with Sunchild Law in Saskatchewan, commenced a class action against the Attorney General of Canada on behalf of individuals affected by the “Sixties Scoop” in Saskatchewan. On February 14, 2017, Justice Belobaba released a summary judgment decision in the Ontario “Sixties Scoop” case finding Canada to be liable. Scott Robinson was interviewed about the potential impact of this decision on the Saskatchewan case.
