Martin Ejidra
Associate
Martin Ejidra is an associate at Koskie Minsky LLP and a member of the firms Employment Law Group. Martin regularly advises both employers and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship including job offers, hiring, termination, and with claims including wrongful and constructive dismissal and human rights violations. Martin’s work also includes drafting workplace policies and employment contracts.
Prior to joining Koskie Minsky LLP, Martin worked as a workplace investigator at a leading investigation boutique, where he gained significant experience investigating allegations of harassment, human rights and occupational health and safety matters. He currently conducts workplace investigations for various public and private companies and organizations, and in particular, in respect of allegations of anti-Black racism.
