Busayo A. Faderin

Busayo is an associate in the Civil Litigation department with a practice focused on employment law.

Prior to joining Koskie Minsky, Busayo practiced at an employment law boutique where she assisted both employees and employers with navigating workplace issues ranging from wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, human rights discrimination, and contract and policy drafting.

Busayo is passionate about advocating for her clients and keeping their interests centered throughout the process. She approaches her work with a listening ear and a keen eye.

Busayo has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
