Bennett joined Koskie Minsky’s Labour practice as an associate in 2024 after articling and summering at the firm.
Bennett is a graduate of the Queen’s University Faculty of Law. During law school, Bennett was the senior editor of the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal and a research assistant for Professor Emeritus at York University, Harry Arthurs.
During his articling term, Bennett published an article in the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review advocating for greater collective rights for non-union workers in the workplace.
Bennett completed his undergraduate studies at Hamilton College (N.Y.), where he played on the men’s hockey team.
