Koskie Minsky LLP will host a Continuing Professional Development Seminar on “Representing the Vulnerable – Professional, Ethical and Practical Issues”. The Seminar will take place on November 14, 2014 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 108 Chestnut Street, Toronto from 8:30 am. to 1:00 pm.
The Program has been designed to be of assistance to members of the profession who may be required to act on behalf of those individuals or groups of individuals who might be described as vulnerable (for example, disabled, unemployed, elderly or otherwise socially or economically disadvantaged). The instructors will be Partners and Associates of Koskie Minsky LLP practicing in the areas of labour law, class actions and pension and benefits.
This seminar has been accredited by the Law Society of Upper Canada for 3.5 hours of professionalism credits and 3.5 hours of new member credits. The seminar is free of charge.
