Bennett Morrison Publishes Paper in the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review

We are delighted to announce that our colleague Bennett Morrison has written a paper which will be published in the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review. In his paper, titled “Extending Freedom of Association to Non-Union Workers: How Ontario Can Learn from France,” Bennett argues that Ontario should learn from France and grant non-union workers the statutory right to collective expression and the statutory right to strike.
Bennett, a graduate of Queen’s law, was a summer student and articling student at Koskie Minsky LLP, and will be returning to the Firm in September, 2024 as an associate in the Labour Department.
