Sue Tan

Sue Tan is an associate in Koskie Minsky’s Class Action Group.

Sue is a passionate advocate and it is her commitment to access to justice that brought her to Koskie Minsky’s class actions practice. Sue has appeared before various levels of court in Ontario and in Federal Courts.

Prior to joining Koskie Minsky, Sue practiced at Canada’s leading public interest environmental law organization where she worked on complex and precedent-setting cases.

Sue holds an LL.M. from the University of Toronto and received her LL.B. from the University of Southampton.
