Michael Mazzuca will be speaking at the ACPM National Conference, “Shaping the Future, Delivering on the Past” in Victoria, British Columbia on Thursday September 13, 2012 at the Fairmont Empress Hotel. Michael will speak on the panel discussion – When Pensions and Human Rights Collide. This session will involve a review of legislative requirements and judicial decisions in which pensions and human rights issues collide.
