Sydney Edmonds joined Koskie Minsky as an Associate in the Pensions and Benefits group in 2020, after being both a summer and articling student at the firm.
Sydney received her J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. She also completed a Certificate in Transnational Legal Studies at the Centre for Transnational Legal Studies, London where she was awarded the course prize in Not-for-Profit Law.
During law school, she worked at the Advocates for Injured Workers legal clinic, representing injured workers before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. In addition, she was a member of the Senior Editorial Board of the Journal of Law and Equality and a research assistant in privacy law.
