Niki Manwani

Niki is an associate lawyer in the Civil Litigation group, with a practice focused on commercial litigation and professional negligence.

Prior to joining Koskie Minsky, Niki practiced at a litigation boutique where she represented clients in a broad range of commercial disputes, including real estate litigation, protracted contractual disputes, and claims involving breach of trust, misappropriation, fraud, fraudulent conveyance and commercial tenancies. Niki also has significant experience in insurance coverage and defence matters, including class action coverage and defending against construction negligence and product liability claims.

Niki is a highly analytical litigator whose naturally aggressive style is balanced by a methodical, pragmatic approach. She is an effective advocate for her client and understands the importance of timely resolution, where appropriate. Niki’s ability to find key details that others miss helps her to manage heavily-detailed claims and has been a significant factor in her success to date, both in and out of the courtroom.

Niki has appeared before the Social Security Tribunal, Small Claims Court, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Commercial List.
