Erin Epp is an associate in the Pension and Employee Benefits Group. She advises employees, pensioners, and plan administrators on a variety of employment, pension, and benefit matters.
Erin joined Koskie Minsky as an associate in 2017, after summering and articling at the firm. She holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she graduated in the top three per cent of her class and won several awards for academic achievement. During law school, Erin worked in the Workers’ Rights division at Parkdale Community Legal Services, representing workers facing employment and human rights issues. Erin also served as a Senior Editor with the Journal of Law and Social Policy, and as a researcher with the Law Commission of Ontario on their project Defamation Law in the Internet Age.
