On August 15, 2016, Performance Sports Group Ltd. announced that it would delay filing its Annual Report, including its annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2016. The delay was a result of the decision of Performance Sports Group Ltd.’s Audit Committee to conduct an internal investigation in connection with the finalization of the company’s financial statements. On August 15, 2016, the price of Performance Sports Group Ltd. shares dropped by approximately 40%.
