Kirk Baert Named Member of the Law Commission of Ontario’s Class Action Advisory Group

Kirk has been named a member of the Law Commission of Ontario’s Class Action Advisory Group. The Advisory Group is made up of legal practitioners, a member of the judiciary, academics from law, representatives from professional organizations and government representatives. The role of the Advisory Group is to provide advice on the issues raised by documents released in Law Commission of Ontario’s Class Action Project, provide input into the Consultation Strategy on the Project and provide feedback on the impact or effectiveness of potential LCO recommendations.
