James Harnum and Andrew Hatnay at the OBA Pensions and Benefits Law and Insolvency Law Program

James Harnum will co-chair the Ontario Bar Association Program: Intersection of Pensions and Benefits Law and Insolvency Law, on April 16, 2021. The Program will take place via live webinar.
Additionally, Andrew Hatnay will be part of a stellar faculty that will examine the issues that need to be resolved when a company with a pension plan enters insolvency proceedings.
