Ernst & Young LLP Settles Sino Class Action against it for $117 million

The plaintiffs obtain settlement of $117 million from Ernst & Young LLP, subject to court approvals. The settlement is the largest settlement by an auditor in Canadian history and is one of the largest auditor settlements worldwide.
