The parties will be returning to mediation in the coming months. We will be seeking agreement to a claims process for Class Members in this case.

In addition, the Court has adjourned the hearing previously scheduled for May 24, 2023. This adjournment was ordered by the Court on its own initiative and was not requested by any party. The new date for the Court hearing is September 19, 2023.
