We are pleased to report that on April 26, 2017 the Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) approved the Settlement Agreement reached between Representative Counsel to the non-USW employees and retirees, Bedrock and USSC. As a result of the Settlement Agreement and a few other changes made to the Plan, the Court also approved an amended Plan of Compromise on April 26, 2017. To view a copy of the order approving the amended Plan of Compromise, please click here.
