On July 17, 2008, by order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, RSM Richter Inc. was discharged as the Liquidator of Eaton’s estate, subject to completing various administrative tasks, which are now being completed. The court also ordered that as of March 2, 2009, RSM Richter Inc. is authorized to stop payments of any dividend cheques which had not, by that date, cleared the Liquidator’s bank account. This means that any employees or retirees who did notify us or the Liquidator of an address change before March 2, 2009 and had a dividend cheque sent to an old address that was not cashed will not be receiving a replacement cheque.
