On February 11, 2014 by Order of Regional Senior Justice Morawetz, Frederick Payette, Sylvie Gautier, Jennifer Lindsay, Catherine Bédard, Michael O’Neil, Alyssa Morin and Joshua Gordon were appointed as Representatives of all employees of Target Canada as at January 15, 2015.
