Smith v. Inco Ltd. – 7

The Plaintiff served and filed its reply submission with respect to its application for leave to appeal the decision of the Ontario Court of Appeal to the Supreme court of Canada.  A copy of the Plaintiff’s reply can be found here.  A decision by the Supreme Court of Canada on whether to grant leave to appeal the Ontario Court of Appeal’s decision is expected in the coming months.
