The class action plaintiffs have entered into a proposed settlement with BDO Limited and are seeking court approval of the proposed settlement, class counsel fees, and ancillary relief. Please find enclosed a copy of the Settlement Agreement, the Notice and the Notice of Objection.
The plaintiffs have also entered into a settlement with the directors, subject to court approval. A notice providing further information regarding the settlement approval hearing, proposed counsel fees and the plan of allocation and how to object can be view here: Notice and Notice of Objection.
