Notice of Proposed Settlement with Ernst & Young LLP

The Plaintiffs have entered into a proposed settlement with Ernst & Young (the “Settlement Agreement”).  A copy of the Settlement Agreement can be viewed here.

The proposed Settlement Agreement is subject to court approval.  To learn more about the proposed Settlement Agreement, including information as to how you can object or otherwise make submissions to the court regarding the settlement, please view the Notice of Proposed Settlement here.

Anyone wishing to object to the Settlement Agreement must follow the instructions in the Notice of Proposed Settlement and fill out the following Notice of Objection here.
