Leave to appeal the Ernst & Young settlement was denied by the Court of Appeal. A copy of the decision is available here. The Sino-Forest security holders who had sought leave to appeal the Ernst & Young settlement had also sought to appeal the settlement directly to the Court of Appeal. A motion to quash that appeal will be heard by the Court of Appeal on June 28, 2013.
