We are pleased to report that on Friday, September 18, 2020, the Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) approved the settlement of the lawsuits brought by Morneau Shepell as Administrator of the Sears Registered Retirement Plan, the Monitor, the Litigation Trustee, and the class action parties, against Edward Lampert, ESL Investments Inc., and the other remaining defendants in the litigation.
