At a case conference held this day, the Honourable Madame Justice Horkins ordered a timetable for the remaining steps leading up to the trial of the common issues. In particular:

1. The Defendant is required to deliver their Statement of Defence by October 31. 
2. The Defendant is required to complete full documentary production by September 30, 2012, with rolling monthly production starting November 15, 2011.
3. All examinations for discovery of the Defendant are to be completed by December 31, 2012; and
4. Examinations for discovery of the Plaintiff to be completed by September 30, 2012.

No date has been set for the trial of the common issues at this time, but the earliest such trial would take place is February 2013.
