The Court has now approved a $15 million settlement on behalf of students of the Ernest C. Drury School for the Deaf (“Drury”), the Sir James Whitney School for the Deaf (“Whitney”), and the Robarts School for the Deaf (“Robarts”) and their predecessors. If you are included in this class action, you can now make a claim for compensation.
