Manitoba Developmental Centre Class Action – August 14, 2024

As part of the Manitoba Developmental Centre Class Action Settlement, Class Members can take a tour of MDC on either September 20 or September 23 before it closes forever. Each day there will be a morning tour at 10am – 12 pm, and an afternoon tour at 1 pm – 3pm.
If you want to take a tour, you need to register by September 13. To register, send an email to Class Counsel at mdcclassaction@kmlaw.ca or call toll free 1-800-286-2266.
Class Counsel will give you a registration form to complete with the following information:

- Which tour you want to attend (date and time)
- Your contact information
- The contact information of any support person you are bringing
If you need help arranging transportation to MDC on the tour date, please let Class Counsel know when you register and they may be able to assist.
