On December 3, 2024, the Ontario Labour Relations Board released a decision approving a process for canvassing employee support for the settlement. A copy of the decision can be downloaded here.

Next Steps

Koskie Minsky LLP will be preparing an email to each claimant to provide notice of the claim and to inform of their settlement amount.

If you wish to opt out of this settlement, you must complete and return the opt-out form found here to Koskie Minsky LLP by 5:00 pm EST on January 17, 2025.

If claimants holding at least 97% of the value of the total amount of the claim do not opt out, the settlement will be approved.
