The company brought a motion to the court requesting an extension of the CCAA stay of proceedings to April 15, 2010. The company has instructed its actuary (Mercer (Canada) Limited) to prepare lists of all the retirees and all the applicable pension and benefit plans. Those lists are expected to be ready by the end of January/early February 2010 and will be provided to us. We will then be able to review all the pension and benefits plans provided for retirees by the company and can proceed with discussions with the company about the future of such plans.
