The company brought a motion to the court requesting an extension of the CCAA stay of proceedings to August 16, 2010. The company also brought a motion for the approval of a Claims Procedure Order, which was approved by the court on April 15, 2010. To view a copy of the Claims Procedure Order, please click here. The Claims Procedure Order provides that each Known Creditor of the company must file a Proof of Claim before the Claims Bar Date of June 18, 2010. In accordance with the Claims Procedure Order, each Known Creditor will be mailed a Claims Package. Please note that as a member of one of HCPH’s pension and benefits plans, you need not file a Proof of Claim in this Claims Procedure in respect of your pensions or benefits.
