Expansion of Representative Counsel Role: On July 27, 2010, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice granted an Order expanding the role of KM as Representative Counsel to include issues pertaining to members and beneficiaries of HCPH’s various Pension Plans (as defined in the Court documents). Unless you have delivered an Opt-Out notice to the Monitor, all members and beneficiaries of the OPEB Plans and Pension Plans will be represented by KM in accordance with the Court’s December 10, 2009 and July 27, 2010 Orders.
