We mailed a letter to all former HCPH members providing an update on a number of issues, including the next interim distribution, our success at obtaining an Advanced Tax Ruling from CRA that distributions from HCPH in respect of retirees’ health benefit claims are not taxable, and a refund from HCPH pension plans to HCPH as part of the pension wind up process.
