A tentative settlement has been reached in this matter and is subject to court approval. The parties will appear before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice located at Osgoode Hall, 130 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario on April 11, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. to approve the proposed settlement and to fix the fees, disbursements and taxes to be paid to class counsel. Class members may attend this hearing in person or send a representative and may ask to make submissions regarding the proposed settlement. Any class members who wish to object must provide written notice of their objection before April 4, 2011 by prepaid mail, courier or email to:
