Bank PLC, Barclays Capital Inc., Barclays Capital Canada Inc. (collectively, “Barclays”) entered into a formal settlement agreement whereby Barclays agreed to pay CAD$$19,677,205.88. The settlement is a compromise of disputed claims and Barclays does not admit any wrongdoing or liability. The settlement agreement must be approved by the courts for its terms to become effective.
