The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., Goldman Sachs Canada Inc. (collectively, “Goldman Sachs”) entered into a formal settlement agreement whereby Goldman Sachs agreed to pay CAD$6,750,000. The settlement is a compromise of disputed claims and Goldman Sachs does not admit any wrongdoing or liability.
