Bank of America Corporation, Bank of America, N.A., Bank of America Canada, and Bank of America National Association (collectively “Bank of America”) entered into a formal settlement agreement whereby Bank of America agreed to pay CAD$6,500,000. The settlement is a compromise of disputed claims and Bank of America does not admit any wrongdoing or liability.
