Please be advised that a letter was recently mailed out to former Dylex employees advising of some good news.

We were informed by the former trustee of Dylex (now called KSV Kofman Inc.) that a previously unknown Dylex asset referred to “internet protocol numbers” (“IPN“), had been recently identified and was sold to a third party purchaser, and that the net sale proceeds would be distributed to Dylex creditors including employees at the rate of approximately one cent on the dollar of the past accepted claims.
