As noted in our previous reports, many former Dylex employees recently received distributions from the Dylex estate, by mail or through the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy’s (“OSB”) Unclaimed Dividend Fund. Please note that all such employees are advised to speak with their tax preparer about how to report the distribution payment on their tax returns.
