Last week, we announced that the parties in the CPRI class action have reached a proposed settlement agreement. You can view a copy of the proposed settlement agreement here. 

We have received a number of questions about what evidence may be required to make a claim. The proposed settlement agreement would NOT require any historical documents from a claimant’s CPRI file. It would NOT require a claimant to provide documentation such as hospital or police records. A letter from a CURRENT doctor, psychologist, social worker, counsellor, or therapist, are the types of the supporting documentation that may be necessary under the agreement. If the settlement is approved, we will provide further information and assistance with respect to obtaining the necessary documents.
