The appeal from the dismissal of the plaintiff’s certification motion will be heard by the Court of Appeal for Ontario on June 11, 2024.

The defendants have brought a motion to “quash” part of the appeal. Their motion will be heard in advance of the appeal, on March 26, 2024.
