The Court of Appeal has dismissed the defendants’ motion to “quash” part of the appeal. The reasons of the Court of Appeal are available here. Due to the timing of that decision, the hearing of the plaintiffs’ appeal from the dismissal of the certification motion was adjourned. The appeal will now be scheduled to be heard in January 2025.
