The appeal from the dismissal of the plaintiff’s certification motion to the Court of Appeal for Ontario has been rescheduled. It will now be heard on October 8, 2024.

The defendants’ motion to “quash” part of the appeal was heard on March 26, 2024. The Court of Appeal for Ontario has not yet released its decision.
