The plaintiffs have made a motion to Justice Perell to approve their proposed Individual Issues Protocol. A copy of the plaintiffs’ motion record is available here. The protocol described in the motion record will not become available to players unless it is approved by Justice Perell. Justice Perell will hear this motion on August 29, 2023, and September 13 and 27, 2023.
