Windsor Machine & Stamping Limited

We represented a union in the CCAA restructuring of Windsor Machine, an automotive parts manufacturer. We obtained payment of termination and severance pay owing to terminated unionized employees and secured union recognition agreements with the successor employer. Andrew Hatnay led the Koskie Minsky team assisted by Demetrios Yiokaris.
