Hard-Rock Paving Company Limited

We acted for two union locals in the CCAA proceedings of Hard-Rock. We successfully argued against a bankruptcy of the company, allowing workers to continue their employment and earn full wages. In the subsequent receivership, we recovered a significant amount owed by Hard-Rock to the union pension and benefits plans. Andrew Hatnay led the Koskie Minsky team assisted by Demetrios Yiokaris.
