This class action alleged that Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc., as well as its officers and directors, auditor, and underwriters, failed to disclose Valeant’s relationship with Philidor Rx Services LLC. A settlement was reached and was approved by the Court in November 2020. The original claims deadline was February 16, 2021.
